Directions: Northwest of Pateros. Highway 153 northwest for 17 miles to County Road 1029. Turn left for .75 mile to County Road 1034. Turn left to USFS Road 4330 and turn left again. Go across bridge to end of plowed road.
Elevation: 2,140 feet
20 spaces.

Trails: 1.) 4330 / Fox Peak 2.) 8200 / Upper Grade Cr

Sno-Park Permit required November thru April or as posted

Please obey posted signs indicating whether a permit is needed. Contact the local agency listed for each Sno-Park for more information.

Please note:
After periods of extreme weather, work crews may be on trails during the day to clear debris or drifts. Please exercise caution.

2020-2021SEASON GROOMING UPDATES:

1/23/21:Groomer went out of South Fork Gold Cr Sno-Park, Road#'s 4330,8020,8021,8210,4010 up and over Fox Pk, on to the Warming Hut. Then down Black Canyon to Sno-Park, back up and over Cooper Mtn, down Joe Cr turned around about 1 mile   above Antilon Sno-Park went back up and down to Echo Sno-Park.

1/22/2021: Groomer went out of South Fork Gold Cr Sno-Park, Road#'s 4330, 8200, up to the Grade Cr Rd and out to the Camas Trail. Then back to the South Fork Gold Cr Sno-Park.

Got all the trees out to there.

1/21/21: Groomer went out of Echo Sno-Park, Road#'s 8020, 8021, 8210, 4330 up to Cooper Mtn. on to Warming Hut, over to Fox Peak. Then down to Gold Cr Sno-Park.
 

1/20/21: Groomer went out of Echo Sno-Park, Road#s 8210, 8020,8021, over Cooper Mtn. to the Warming Hut. Then over to Fox Pk., then back to Echo Sno-Park.

Didn't make it to South Fork Gold Cr Sno-Park, took to long to get to Fox Peak because of trees. Know we have 2 or 3 hours of cutting to get snowcat down into Gold Cr Sno-Park before the wind storm last Wednesday.

Will be getting there tomorrow with a couple people helping cut.

1/19/21: Echo to South Fork Gold Creek Sno-Park, Road#'s 8020, 8021, 8210, 4330
1/20/21: South Fork Gold Creek Sno-Park out to South Navarre and back Road#'s 4330, 8200
1/22/21: South Fork Gold Creek Sno-park to Echo, Road#'s 8020, 8021, 8210, 4330
 1/23/21:  Echo to Fox Peak then back to Echo Road#'s 8020, 8021, 8210 

Monday January 11 no grooming will be done because of low snow condition  at Sno-Parks
Tuesday January 12 no grooming will be done because of low snow condition at Sno-Parks
Wednesday January 13 will access after storms move through Echo to South Fork Gold Creek Sno-Park, Road#'s 8020, 8021, 8210, 4330
Thursday January 14 South Fork Gold Creek Sno-Park out to South Navarre and back Road#'s 4330, 8200
Friday January 15 South Fork Gold Creek Sno-park to Echo, Road#'s 8020, 8021, 8210, 4330
 

1/7/21: Not enough snow to groom out of sno-parks. Requires at least a foot of snow to protect road surface.  Will re-assess weekly.

Grooming reports are updated when trail grooming information is provided. Reports are posted at 9 a.m, noon, 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Reports are posted at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Saturdays. No updates on Sundays or holidays.
